Women Labor
Women during the Industrial Revolution played one of the most important roles in the revolution. They regularly worked the textile mill or mines. Women worked similar hours as the children. The conditions in the factories where the women worked were ruthless as well. Certain women worked the factories all day then came home to cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the children. Even though this may seem bad, but it was good in a little way because the women grew stronger and stronger. Later the women had children that most likely grew up strong. Most women were forced to have children by demanded not by choice. While they were pregnant the women worked all the way until the day of their child’s birth. Some women left work to care for their children and they lost there jobs other women left their child with older relatives.
